$100 start-up fee is waived because you are choosing the annual plan.
3. Agree to Terms
Before you complete your payment, make sure to agree to the terms and conditions of the Community Wellness Partnership Agreement. The Partnership Agreement will be emailed to you after your payment is received.

Two 30-minute community zoom sessions on either a mental or behavioral health topic each month. (1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pmCST. Recordings will be made available to all participants that register.)
